Kath is babysitting Seren
Kath has arrived at the Deri, and is to look after Seren;  Dani thinks she has packed everything, and they do not know how long Kelly will be in hospital.
"Kelly's lucky she has Siôn and Anita"
“She’s lucky she’s got Anita and Siôn to look after the café and the little one for her,” says Kath, but of course Dani once again insists that she does not mind caring for the baby.
The first time we have seen Seren for ages
“You’re going to have fun playing with Arwen, aren’t you?” Dani tells Seren,
Seren does not look particularly happy
but she seems to have other ideas as she and Kath leave the Deri.
"How long will you be out?"
Dani is going to take Kelly’s baby for a walk, and Garry wonders how long she will be away.
She wants to know why he is asking all these questions, but he demands, “Why couldn’t you take Seren with you?”
"She would be bored, just walking around"
Dani explains that she would be bored just walking around, and simply wants him to stop hassling her.
"I'm likely to be released on Friday"
Anita enters Kelly’s hospital room, and is told that Kelly will most likely be released on Friday;
"It's the best place for you, in here"
Anita is anxious that she has time to recover, and points out that hospital is the best place for her.
“How is my gorgeous boy?” Kelly asks, and Anita will bring him in to see her.
"I'm struggling"
Kelly is not having a good time with the breast pump;  “I’m struggling,” she groans, but Anita assures her that she will get used to it,
"Yes, I know 'mother's milk is the best!'"
and repeats that mother’s milk is best.
Siôn is surprised by the range of things in the hospital shop . . .
Siôn joins them, having picked up a bottle of water from the hospital shop,
. . . including Cwm Ni
and also produces a copy of Cwm Ni for Kelly to read.
"Right, we're leaving now – you get some rest"
Anita says that they are not staying, as Kelly needs some rest;  Siôn reminds Kelly that if she needs anything, she only has to ask.
"Where exactly are you going, then?"
Kath and Seren have arrived at Cysgod y Glyn, and Kath asks exactly where Ffion and Rhys are going;  Arwen is not looking particularly happy.
"They contacted us, wanting a session"
Rhys replies, “To some house outside Llanelli – this couple contacted us over the Internet, wanting a session.”
"We shall only be about an hour"
Ffion adds that they will only be about an hour, and Rhys comments, “Or less, if they’re anything like the last couple – no stamina at all!”
"Be a good girl for Auntie Kath"
Ffion tells Arwen to be a good girl for Auntie Kath, and play nicely with Seren. Kath has by now developed some suspicions about what they are going to be up to.
"Britt will be pleased!"
At the bar of the Deri, Hywel advises Garry he has heard that there will be no compensation;  “Oh, Britt will be pleased!” Garry remarks.   Hywel has been on the phone all morning, sorting out security for the mural, and moans that he has too much on his plate.
"The last thing you need is a new girlfriend, then"
“The last thing you need is a new girlfriend, then,” says Garry, “I heard that you and Gaynor had been to a charity evening.”   Hywel confirms that they enjoyed it,
"What kind of 'enjoying' was that?"
but Garry wonders what kind of ‘enjoying’.   Hywel does not think it wise to go back there again, but Garry can see that he is still interested.
"None of your business, boy!"
Hywel’s phone sounds, but he will not reveal what the message says;
"She wants to know the name of that wine"
apparently Gaynor only wants to know the name of wine they had last week,
"Well, take a bottle over there"
so Garry suggests he take a bottle of it over there, as that is obviously what she wants.
Diane and Brenda enthuse over the baby
Dani has taken the baby into the café, where he is admired by Diane and Brenda;  “He hasn’t got a name yet, but I call him ‘Jolly Boy’, because he’s so happy,” Dani informs them,
He does indeed appear quite contented
“He sleeps, feeds, and is quite happy actually.”
"I hardly had a night's sleep with Gerwyn"
Brenda remembers that she hardly had a night’s sleep from the day Gerwyn was born, and the first year was a nightmare;
"He still keeps you awake?"
“What’s worse is that he still keeps me awake sometimes – I can hear him snoring from the other side of the house.   I don’t know how Jaclyn can sleep.”
"Dai used to be like that"
Diane says that Dai was like that until he had the nose strips.
"Sorry for not coming over to fetch him"
Dani tells Siôn that the baby needed some fresh air, and he apologises for not coming over to fetch him earlier.   “I dropped off Anita at Y Felin, as she had a few things to sort out, he says, and Dani assures him that there is no rush.
"Kelly is expected home at the end of the week"
Kelly is expected to be home at the end of the week,
"I could keep the baby until then"
so Dani suggests that she could keep the baby until then.
"Anita has some breast milk for him"
“Anita has some breast milk for him – she wants to try and feed him,” he replies, but of course, Dani maintains that she could do that.   Siôn answers, “Dani, we appreciate everything you’ve done, but there’s no need.   I’ll come and get him in half an hour – does that suit you?” but, as he asks what she would like to drink,
She meets Beti in the doorway
she slips away from the café, just as Beti comes in.
Iori is selling 'Banksy' souvenirs
Iori, who we have not seen for several months, has set up stall by the bus stop, selling souvenirs of the ‘Banksy’ up on the wall.
"There – a perfect fit"
Guto reckons that they are quite expensive, but is told there is a ‘three-for-two’ offer, and he will not find a better bargain.   “Go for it, before they sell out!” Iori urges him.
"Colin is a natural-born television performer!"
Britt comes round the corner to investigate;  Iori tells her, “Oh, Colin Evans last night – he’s a natural-born television performer – if I hadn’t seen him, I wouldn’t be here today.”
"You haven't got permission!"
Britt is unhappy about him selling merchandise without permission, but he insists he has a right to be on the pavement.
She concedes that he can walk on the pavement, but he is selling;
"This is public property, Britt"
Iori points out that it is public property.   She is determined that she will do something about it, and hurries back off to the shop.
Arwen has been brought up to be very polite
Arwen asks Kath, “Can I have my iPad, please?” and as she picks it up,
Kath finds this picture very disturbing
finds a picture on the screen of Rhys and some strange man, stripped to the waist in the flat.   She tells Arwen that she is sorry, but there is something wrong with the iPad,
"Shall we do some colouring, Seren?"
and suggests doing some colouring instead;  Seren looks very disinterested.
"I've come to pick up the baby"
When Siôn comes to the Deri, he informs Garry that Kelly is much better, but they are keeping her in for tests, to make sure everything is all right.   “I’ve come to pick up the baby,” he goes on,
"Dani's not back yet"
but Garry replies that Dani has not come back from her walk, which Siôn finds odd;
"That's all right – I'll call back later"
he will call again later.   Garry will text him when she returns.
"Where are you?   Phone me back"
He tries to contact Dani;  “Where are you?   Siôn’s just been in – phone me back.”  He is looking worried.
"You do realise that's copyrighted?"
Britt is still having a go at Iori:  “You do realise that’s copyrighted” she snarls, “You’re breaking the law – and you know it!”
"What's wrong now?"
Hywel has been summoned, and wonders what is wrong now;  Iori sneers, “Oh, the cavalry has arrived!”   Britt insists that he has no right to sell his tat there, and instructs Hywel to get rid of him.
"There are local laws about selling on the street"
“You do know that there are local laws about selling on the street?” Hywel begins,
"Oh, yes – which ones are they, then?"
so Iori wants to know which laws they may be;
This is where Hywel comes unstuck . . .
Hywel is not quite sure of his facts,
. . . and has to go and make some enquiries
and has to go away and make some enquiries.   Guto, meanwhile, is watching all this with some concern.
"They were a bit shy, weren't they?"
Ffion and Rhys return from their appointment, reporting, “They were a bit shy, weren’t they?” but Rhys points out that it was their first time.
£25 for an hour or so, plus what she is getting for Seren?
Ffion will go and have a shower, but first must pay Kath, who settles on £25.
"Do you charge for these 'sessions'?"
“Tell me, do you charge for these ‘sessions’?” she enquires;
"We could do a session with you, if you like"
Ffion replies that it is good money and they do something they enjoy.   When Rhys suggests they could do a session with her if she wants,
"And perhaps with someone like Diane"
and perhaps with someone like Diane, if she would be interested,
Kath is in a hurry to get out of there
Kath suddenly becomes very eager to leave, and take Seren with her.
"Are you coming with Auntie Kath?"
She tells Seren, “Auntie Kath has to go now – we have to make Mark’s tea – are you coming with Auntie Kath?   Off we go!”
Hywel is full of confidence . . .
Hywel returns, confident that he has sorted things;  “Do you have public liability insurance?” he demands,
. . . but Iori wastes no time in destroying it
and is rather deflated when Iori gives him the necessary document.
"And this is a registration permit"
He adds, “And while you’re at it, take a look at this, too – this is a registration permit.   Happy, Mr Councillor?”
"You're useless, Mr Councillor !"
Britt describes Hywel as useless, and unable to do anything;  she is going to put forward a vote of no confidence, and is determined to find a way to do that.
"I'll pay you to leave, all right?"
As she goes round the corner, she pauses and listens to the ensuing conversation; “I’ll pay you to leave,” Hywel tells Iori, “How much do you want?”   Iori warns him that bribery is a slippery slope,
"That stock cost me £250"
but says the stock cost him £250.
"I'll give you £300 – but not a word to anyone!"
“I’ll give you £300 – and not a word to anyone!” Hywel rages.
There is another witness to this transaction
Guto is also listening to this, just out of sight, round in the back street.
"Where on earth are you?"
Garry is becoming rather anxious as he leaves another message for Dani;  “Where on earth are you?”
"Siôn's been here to pick up the baby"
and at that moment she walks in through the door.   “Siôn’s been here to pick up the baby,” he informs her,
"I just lost track of time"
but she replies that she just lost track of time, and Siôn will come back.   “You can’t do this, Dan!” he growls, “You can’t keep the baby.”
Anita thanks Dani for her help
Anita comes up the stairs to check that Dani is back;  “I’ve missed him,” she says, “And you’ve packed everything, too.   All I can do is say thank you very much, especially to you, Dani.”
"I could bring him over later"
Dani suggests that she could bring the baby over later,
"No, Dani – Anita wants to go"
but Garry puts his foot down, explaining that Anita wants to go,
Dani has to part with the baby . . .
so Dani has little choice but to hand him over.   “All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart,” Anita says, as she turns to go;  “Shall we go and see Mami?” she asks the baby.
. . . something which is very difficult to do
Dani is obviously very upset,
"No, Garry!"
and warns Garry not to touch her.
Guto is not happy when he gets home
Guto arrives home at number 10 in a rather bad mood, and his grandmother has bought him something;  he discovers that it is one of Iori’s T-shirts, which he looks at with distaste.
"Isn't it 'cool' enough for you?"
“Isn’t it ‘cool’ enough for you?” she asks.
"Everyone's making money, apart from me!"
He groans, “It’s just that everyone’s making money out of this mural – everyone apart from me.   It’s not fair – Colin asked me to create the mural – it’s nothing to do with Banksy!”
She did not realise her grandson was so talented
Brenda is most impressed that Guto could do such a thing;
"I'm sure I own the copyright"
he continues, “Britt was talking about copyright – and I’m sure I own it.   Colin just gave me a few bags of chips.”   His Gran can see that people are making good money out of it, but apparently Colin has denied that there is any money to be made.
"I've got an idea – but I may need your help"
“I have got an idea – but I may need your help,” Guto says, and Brenda is eager to assist him.
"I did get rid of Iori"
In the Deri, Hywel points out to Britt that the council is safeguarding the mural, and that he did get rid of Iori;  she concedes that perhaps he is not totally useless.
"And she's a teacher?"
Elsewhere, Diane cannot believe what she has just heard from Kath;  “And she’s a teacher?   She’s lost her mind!
"She wanted us to join in these disgusting antics?"
“And she wanted us to join in these disgusting antics?”
"I'm not going near Cysgod y Glyn again!"
Kath has made up her mind she is not going anywhere near Cysgod y Glyn ever again.
"I want a word with you, Britt!"
Iori comes in, and Britt laughs, “Look, Del Boy is here!”   He wants a chat with her, and Hywel becomes worried;
"Now someone's stopped me from selling"
“I wanted to share with you that I’ve got a lot of stock left – now someone’s stopped me from selling!   Would Britt be interested?”
"You can't do that!"
In response to Hywel’s objections,
"Why?   What's going to stop me?"
Iori wonders who is going to stop him.
"You're jealous you didn't think of it first"
Britt offers him £200, but he points out, “The only reason you wanted to shut me down was because you hadn’t thought of it yourself!” so she increases her offer to £250, which he is pleased to accept.
"You thought I'd run away with the baby"
“You thought I’d run away with the baby,” says Dani, and Garry does not know what he thought, but he did not know where she was.
"I would never do that!"
“I would never do that!” she insists.
“You can’t deny how attached you have been,” he goes on,
"I adore him – but I know he's not my baby"
and Dani agrees that she adores him, but she knows he is not her baby.
“And I knew I had to give him back to Kelly,
"Having him here helped me"
“but just having him here – looking after him – helped me.”   Garry knows that it is hard for her, but they have to face what has happened to them – and start talking about it.
"Just tell me what you want me to do"
“Just tell me what you want me to do, and I’ll do it,” he offers,
"I want another baby!"
and she replies there is only one way to sort this out;  she wants another baby.
Kell's baby is sleeping peacefully
At Y Felin, Anita decides that she will take the baby back to the café flat tonight;
"We must establish a routine"
“We must establish a routine – that’s what’s important to a baby.   It will make him feel safe and happy.”
"He doesn't care where he is"
Siôn maintains that as long as he is warm and safe, he does not care where he is,
"I want him to get to know his home, Siôn"
but she insists, “I want him to get to know his home, so he’s ready for when his mother comes home.   “Poor thing – she must miss him so much.”
"Why don't we record a video to cheer her up?"
Siôn suggests that they record a video to cheer her up.
Siôn positions his phone
They sit on the sofa, and Siôn props up his phone;  then they record their video,
"We're looking forward to seeing you tomorrow"
saying that they are looking forward to seeing Kelly tomorrow.   “Look, he’s fast asleep,” says Anita.
This brings tears to Kelly's eyes . . .
When Kelly receives the video, she cries with joy,
. . . as she lies, all alone
all alone in her hospital room.
"You said you would do anything, Garry"
“You said you would do anything to sort this out,” Dani reminds Garry, and he agrees,
"Is having another baby going to help us?"
but wonders if she is sure that having another baby is going to help them.
Dani mulls over the question
She gives this a few moments thought,
"If you don't give me this baby, I'll never forgive you!"
and then informs him, “If you don’t give me this baby, I’ll never forgive you!”
Garry does not have a great deal of choice
She gets up and walks out of the room.
