On Monday morning Gaynor leaves Hywel's house |
"You could have a shower here" |
"Good luck for this afternoon" |
"The first Justice of the Peace interview" |
"Well, Megan, I don't think . . . " |
"That's a great idea, Megan!' |
Colin is having no joy |
"Everywhere is booked up, Britt!" |
"We've left it too late to book a venue for Garry's party" |
"Tapas, The Bull, Llanarthur?" |
"Gaynor said Hywel's birthday is next week" |
"You're a genius, Col!" |
"Oh – back together, are they?" |
The constabulary have arrived |
"What's that all about, then, Beti?" |
"Back to reality!" |
"Little surprise for you, Ty!" |
"Deputy Head must have the right equipment" |
The arrival of the police disturbs Iolo |
"Can you come to the station, please?" |
"You can't go with them, Tyler!" |
"If you don't, we'll have to arrest you" |
Tyler is escorted out of the house |
"What's going on, Iolo?" |
"There's been a misunderstanding" |
Tyler is driven away |
"I just want to ask a quick favour" |
Gaynor wants to have her shower and get to school |
"Leave it to me, Dani" |
The door is shut behind Dani |
"There's not a shred of truth in it" |
"Are you sure you can say that?" |
"Aled's lying!" |
"He alleges you have been in a sexual relationship" |
"It's all in his head!" |
"The evidence suggests otherwise, Mr Davies-White" |
"It is breaking the law" |
"I've already told you, I'm innocent!" |
The DI produces a photo for Tyler's perusal |
"Can you confirm this is your bed?" |
Now this is a bit disturbing |
Iolo is in a state of near panic |
"Greta is with Anita" |
"I think Aled's at it again!" |
"Well, they haven't arrested him" |
Iolo's anxiety increases |
"What's your view on domestic abuse?" |
"It's a very complex area" |
"And why do so many of them re-offend?" |
"You're focusing on the offender, rather than the victim" |
"I hope you'll be more courteous this afternoon" |
"Thank you for coming over, Megan" |
"Don't blame me if things go badly for you" |
"Can you explain him, naked, in your bed?" |
Tyler caught him coming downstairs once |
“When I saw him, I threw him out, straightaway!” Tyler emphasises,
and confirms that he did not go upstairs with Aled. “I had no idea he’d done this up there, either,” Tyler adds.
"No, I did not go upstairs with Aled!" |
"Why would Aled Richards do all this?" |
"Strange you didn't mention this before" |
"Why didn't you report it?" |
Tyler maintains that he was trying to protect Aled, but is asked why he would protect someone who was obsessed with him.
“He’s only a boy – and I’m aware that his situation at home is difficult – I didn’t want to get him into trouble,” he replies.
The DI sarcastically describes him as a saint.
"His situation at home is difficult" |
"You're a saint, Mr Davies-White" |
"Do you think it's possible, Iolo?" |
but Iolo insists that Tyler is completely innocent. His father regards it as something of a coincidence,
"I thought you were here to give support" |
"What's going on, Iolo?" |
"Mr Davies-White is free to go" |
"Do not contact Aled Richards, or you will be arrested" |
Iolo protests that Aled is the one who should be arrested,
and wants to know why Tyler was in there so long. Tyler is reluctant to say anything,
but demands that they go home,
so they all leave the police station.
"Why were you in there so long?" |
"I just want to go home" |
Siôn wonders if there is any truth in the allegation |
It went better than Gaynor expected |
"You should thank your 'coach' ,then" |
"Sorry if I was a little impatient" |
"You chose to ignore my advice" |
"I tried to be clear and concise, as you said" |
"Can I book the Deri a week on Friday?" |
"Haven't you heard, Garry – they're back together" |
"I'll put it in the book later" |
Garry is sworn to secrecy |
Tyler is in a dejected state |
"Iolo's gone to get Greta" |
"You're not innocent, are you?" |
"But I haven't slept with him!!" |
"Are you sure of that?" |
"I'm not in the mood to answer questions!" |
"You can tell me anything, Ty" |
